Due to the intimate nature of our product line, all sales are final. For the health, safety, and protection of our customers and staff, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any adult toys, marital aids, or intimate products.

Orders that are canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All adult toys and intimate accessories sold by Sultry Desires are considered novelty items. This policy ensures that every item you receive is new, unused, and handled with the highest standards of hygiene and care.

Sultry Desires makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the use or suitability of any product for a particular purpose. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper use of purchased items.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty, which may range from 1 to 5 years, depending on the brand. Please retain your original packaging and warranty information and register your product directly with the manufacturer when applicable.

• Orders returned as undeliverable will incur a 20% processing fee
