Shipping policy

I primarily ship orders via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 day service) unless a different shipping option is selected at checkout. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.

While I keep a large amount of inventory on hand, occasional delays may occur due to restocks or periods of high demand, including viral social media activity. During these times, processing may take 5–7 business days.

Sultry Desires is a proudly woman-owned, independently operated business. Every order is personally processed, packaged, and shipped by me with care and attention to detail. When restocks are needed, items typically arrive within 3–5 business days, after which your order will be prepared and shipped using the service you selected.

I truly appreciate your patience and support of a small business — it means more than you know. I am the only one that works here! So please be patient with me.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package enters their country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some carriers, including UPS, may apply additional brokerage or COD fees upon delivery. Customers are responsible for these fees and may choose an alternative carrier to avoid them.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products are legal in their destination country.

Refused or undeliverable international packages are not eligible for refunds.
